This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Display Manager to join our lively, ambitious, and collaborative Investment team. Reporting into the Display Investment Director, this role ultimately focuses on planning, executing and managingmultiple campaigns across Print, Digital and Audio.

A core part of the role also involves negotiation of campaign pricing and values and tracking campaign delivery against specific client price, quality and audit targets.

Core responsibilities of the role are:

- Negotiation - best pricing and quality across digital, print and radio
- Ensuring delivery of agency trading deals, client targets, forecasting and audits
- Team management - ensure your team delivers optimum planning and buying through clear goals, motivation and development
- Specialist contribution - thought leadership, leading of meetings, education of wider agency of digital market, contribution to specialist area i.e programmatic, viewability, data, etc
- Effective implementation - plan and deliver true cross-platform solutions, targeting the user irrespective of the vehicle
- Pitch work - with the potential to become a digital lead

**Qualifications**
- Expert knowledge and understanding of the field and market developments
- Experience with multiple ad servers (min DV360). In-depth knowledge of the trafficking process
- Meeting and exceeding the expectations of internal or external clients
- You will have the ability to relationship build with cross-media Buying Teams, Planning teams, Clients and Media Owners. Greater contact with more senior internal and external contacts
- Previous management experience to develop and lead the team, appraisals, motivate and mentor through regular feedback
