The position of New business Advisor is to support an internal promotion, you will work in a highly inclusive and supportive environment team. Working within the New Business Team (Property) to provide a first-class level of service to all new and existing Taylor Rose MW customers. Explaining the conveyancing transactional process to clients, quoting for work to be undertaken, following up in a timely manner and cross selling additional services within Taylor Rose MW when applicable. You will receive a base remuneration of £25,000.00 plus a competitive commission structure. We work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, offering 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Company Events and a commitment to Training and Development opportunities.

**This role involves but is not limited to**:

- Providing conveyancing estimates to Clients and referrers.
- Account management of specific agents and referrers including pro active calls to each referrer to ensure business in passed to Taylor Rose MW in the first instance and provide a detailed fee estimate for our services.
- Follow up all estimates given within 24 / 48 hours and pass feedback to the team leader on any lost instructions, ensuring records of all correspondence/conversations are visible on the portal.
- Provide administrative support to property fee earning teams and the specific needs of the residential property department as directed by the Team Lead/Head of New Business/Commercial Director & Commercial Director (Property)
- Allocation of cases dependent on referrer, levels of work within each conveyancing team and the specific needs of the property team as directed by the Head of Business Development / Commercial Director (Property)
- Accurate use of Case Management Systems as well as Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Accurate data entry into electronic portals during the client introduction process.
- Promoting Taylor Rose MW services to customers & cross selling legal services within Taylor Rose MW within the new business teams
- Understanding GDPR requirements for dealing with Client’s personal information.
- Working to department targets and KPI’s.
- Responding to queries in a timely / appropriate manner.
- Assisting clients with answering questions and guiding them where necessary on how to progress through the new Client onboarding process. Working closely with account manager to ensure we are getting the most out of our referring partners and provide details of potential issues that could arise.
- Build strong relationships across the accounts managed to help with referrer engagement and continued growth of the department.
