Receptionist/office Administrator

We have recently been instructed by a hyper-growth tech firm to find them an office Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis in their modern London offices.
The role will see you supporting key functions of the firms administrative and front of house functions. As an Office Administrator, you will be working to support the firms Executive Assistant with various PA and administrative duties whilst also supporting on Receptionist duties including meeting and greeting, answering the phone, and liaising with clients who visit the building.
This role is perfect for a Legal Administrator or Receptionist with experience of working in a busy legal or professional services environment. You will be highly organised and can multitask and work well in a team.
This is a permanent role with a salary of £25,000 plus market-leading benefits. The position requires someone able to work in the offices 5 days a week Monday to Friday. The offices are based nr Aldgate / Liverpool St station
