You will be working in a fast-paced environment therefore an ability to plan well, prioritising projects whilst seeing them out to the end is a must. We are passionate about our customers therefore strong attention to detail and a customer focused outlook is required.

**Role Objective**

Working within the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for ensuring inventory records are maintained. Any discrepancies in inventories are to be reconciled with a notification to their line manager on irregularities both in the warehouse & across all internal business units.

Responsible for ensuring all inbound deliveries follow the set business processes and procedures with responsibility of coordinating & overseeing regular inventory audits, plus creating internal documentation such as works orders, returns notes etc.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing order receipts as required; tracks orders and investigates problems which may occur
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports with reporting out any discrepancies
- Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures for both external customers & suppliers
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Overseeing inventory audits through the use of company provided tools - perpetual & monthly stock takes whilst driving BCW stock accuracy to 95%, investigations to be carried out to understand root cause on poor reported accuracies
- Creation of route cards & investigation of current production stock against system data
- Support & understanding in the need to preventing overstocked items
- Ensure system housekeeping is treated as priority with keeping system route cards under 1 month old
- Ensure processes are being adhered to in line with the company QMS
- Be part of, understand and support new product introduction activities
- Reporting on total stock valuation against optimum stock levels working with the materials planner
- Monitoring & reporting of company spend in relation to Debits, Transport & FLT

**Qualifications and Experience Levels**:
