Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00.

**Requirements**:
Administration experience.

Knowledge of employment law.

Work closely with the HR Manager.

Deal with Disciplinary, grievance, absence and employee performance.

Organise and perform compliance audits.

Communicate with payroll in relation to pay queries.

Document management.

Strong attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Deal with recruitment.

Deliver the induction process.

Work closely and build rapports with recruitment agencies to get support to fill roles.

Lead and co-ordinate training activities.

Strong IT skills.

Able to work under pressure.

You will be required to perform a HR Administrator role in a fast-paced manufacturing business based in the Burnley area. You’ll need to have an understanding of employment law and have a hands-on approach to organise training for employees. You’ll be involved with recruitment, run audits and lead training exercises. You’ll need to be computer literate and have a strong ability to use Excel. An exceptional attention to detail is required to ensure documentation is processed correctly and handled sufficiently.
