**Key Results Areas**
- Support with all general HR administration
- Maintaining employee personnel files electronically - including personal details, emergency contact details and absence
- Reporting HR stats, for example employee absence, turnover, headcount etc.
- Support with recruitment - raising requisitions, employee references, arranging interviews and liaising with hiring managers
- Assist and support HR projects
- Keeping various paperwork, letter templates and forms up to date
- Help with maintenance of our new HR system - training will be given
- Reception cover as and when required
- Any other reasonable duty as defined by the company

**Benefits**
- Holiday - 31 days increasing to 33 with service (including 8 bank holidays)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £14,300.00 per year
