Overview:

- Provide exceptional service for our Travel Department with potential to cross train in Motor Breakdown, Home Emergency and Medical Assistance.
- Essential member of operations departments, handling inbound calls, and supporting customers with various skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting our customers and clients in handling inbound calls, finding solutions for them, and instruct approved suppliers

Working Hours:

- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, whist in Travel.
- Part-time hours considered, to be discussed with the recruitment team.

Intake Dates:

Salary & Benefits:

Induction & Training:

- 5 weeks of comprehensive training provided.
