* Do you have a min of 6 months experience of working in an inbound call centre?

* Would you be happy handling 40+ inbound calls as well as live chat and website enquiries?

This is an inbound position no sales or cold calling, and you will assist customers with any queries which could relate to any of the following:

* Updates on progress of applications or queries
