Exciting Job Opportunity: Travel Coordinator for our Executive Team

Are you passionate about travel and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our CEO, CFO, CHRO, and other executives, ensuring seamless travel experiences and efficient diary management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of extensive international travel arrangements, meticulously planning itineraries for our executive team and board members. Your attention to detail will ensure seamless arrivals and departures in various countries.
- Make all travel arrangements and hotel bookings in-house, showcasing your impeccable organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Have a customer-service mindset and anticipate the needs of our executives by arranging bookings for all global events.
- Master diary management related to travel for our CEO, CFO, and CHRO, ensuring they have a well-structured and efficient schedule.
- Take the lead in signing off invoices related to travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
- Be adaptable and flexible with your working hours, showcasing your dedication to meeting tight deadlines.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your expertise and ability to handle travel arrangements and diary management.
- Impeccable organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for managing time effectively.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure, ensuring travel plans run smoothly even in challenging situations.
- Enjoy working with different people, as this role will involve collaborating with executives and colleagues across the organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a pleasant personality that shines through in all interactions.
- Proficiency with MS packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, enabling you to create professional presentations and reports.
- Resilient and adaptable, with a willingness to embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
