**Overall purpose of the job**:
**allegro.** is an award-winning resourcing and accelerated development model that provides structured, personalised career development from entry-level through to senior positions across Inizio Medical.

The **allegro.** team is part of Inizio Medical and is responsible for:

- Recruiting a diverse group of the best entry-level people available to resource and shape the future of our business
- Training and mentoring of Associate Medical Writers and Associate Account Executives across Inizio Medical
- Providing structured career development pathways and technical skills training to support mid-level staff progressing toward leadership roles
- Marketing the model to build our brand in a crowded market and demonstrate the heritage, scale and power of the model to differentiate us from any others in the industry

To meet these objectives, **allegro.** comprises the following three programmes**:allegro.WRITE**, **allegro.DRIVE** and **allegro.EXCEL**.

The role of the Programme Coordinator is to manage the **allegro.** programmes and oversee projects in order that the objectives of the **allegro.** team and Inizio Medical are met. The Programme Coordinator maintains oversight of all ongoing activities and acts as a key point of contact for internal colleagues and external trainers. The Programme Coordinator has strong internal relationships and oversees effective project management of the three **allegro.** programmes - **WRITE**, **DRIVE** and **EXCEL** - to ensure the **allegro.** team delivers its objectives in the efficient recruitment, training and development of staff across Inizio Medical.

**Main duties**:

- Manage the budget and discuss monthly with Finance team
- Maintain status sheet for all projects for discussion at weekly meetings
- Project manage the **EXCEL** programme using the Vita platform - arrange training courses with external and internal trainers, maintain registration list, book meetings and training rooms (for F2F courses), report monthly **EXCEL** stats
- Arrange assessment centres for the **WRITE** (UK) and **allegro.DRIVE** programmes
- Manage the onboarding of new hires in the **WRITE** and **allegro.DRIVE** programmes, working closely with the HR Shared Services team
- Arrange travel and accommodation for -related activities, in the UK and overseas
- Arrange regular meetings regarding activities with internal teams, as required
- Manage the planning and coordination of the **WRITE** (UK) and **allegro. DRIVE** training programmes
- Liaise with the facilities management team regarding the logistics of running training programmes for the programmes
