We work with some of the UK’s most interesting brands and we’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join our Client Services team. Armbands optional.

**The Part You'll Play.....**

You’ll bring energy and enthusiasm to coordinate the delivery of a proactive and efficient administration and support service to the HR team and wider agency employees. You’ll proactively manage all the administration within the team and responding to queries on HR policies and procedures or directing them to relevant team members.

**On a day-to-day basis you will**:

- Alongside the HR Apprentice, prepare all HR documentation in line with our HR processes.
- Complete and oversee the completion where necessary of internal forms and liaise with appropriate departments, e.g. IT and finance, to ensure all systems are in place for employee lifecycle events.
- Take ownership of the payroll spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information and liaising with Payroll to ensure all salary changes are accurately processed and on time.
- Follow and seek improvement for our HR processes, ensuring all stakeholders deliver to their process step so we are audit compliant.
- Ownership of the Onboarding process, ensuring processes are followed and suggesting and actioning improvements.
- Responsible for the overall management of employee files, both hard and soft copies in line with GDPR legislation.
- Track all documents and ensure all files are up-to-date.
- Regular upkeep of HR systems data (i.e. HR Link/Peoplesoft, TeamSeer) ensuring changes are made in a timely and accurate manner.
- Produce reports using our HR systems, for a variety of stakeholders, in an accurate and timely way.
- Update and maintain HR dashboard on an ongoing basis and provide reports as required.
- Ensure the relevant sections of the intranet are accurate and updated regularly.
- Maintain an awareness of HR best practice at all times.
- Assist in the occasional coordination of internal and external training courses where required.
- Own and assist the HR team with ad hoc projects and duties as needed.
- Be responsible, with the HR Apprentice for the work experience programme, liaising with internal departments and generating paperwork.
- Support the HR Advisor with parental leave conversations and process including maternity, co-parent, shared parental and adoption leave.
- Support the HR Advisor with exit interview conversations and report to HR Team on exit interview data.

**As HR Coordinator You'll Bring...**
- Comprehensive HR Admin experience within a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills - this is a busy role and the ability to manage a high-volume workload is essential.
- Ability to act with tact and discretion at all times, whilst maintaining departmental confidentiality and remaining approachable and helpful.
- Excellent IT skills with a very high degree of accuracy.
