Our global Talent and Development function is responsible for the SumTotal to SABA Migration Project - which oversees the timely & seamless migration of all GxP, compliance and mandatory training assets & records from SumTotal (Alexion's LMS) to SABA (ourincorporated LMS) with no disruption to the business and no adverse compliance issues raised or experienced as a result of migration activities.

The role will report into the SumTotal to the SABA Workstream/Engagement Lead and will provide administrative, operational and project support to SumTotal to SABA Migration PMO Lead.

**Your New Role**

**This project is primarily an IT project and we require a person with a strong IT project coordination skillset.e**
- Supports the SumTotal to SABA Workstream Lead and SET area Learning Transformation PMs with a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to arranging meetings, editing documents, assisting with presentations, and general administrative activitiesassociated with the programme.
- Manage the organisation of project/workstream including developing meeting agendas, writing minutes, and distributing key documents to meeting attendees
- Support the PMO in managing change requests, project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Establish and maintain governance board meetings and assist with preparation planning and report /documentation preparation
- Coordinate the input of team members in the development of key reports, including monthly key stakeholder progress reports [HR, IT, T&D LT, etc.] and ad hoc reports as required
- Managing and maintaining the MS Teams and Box access and folder structure and ensuring that key documents are properly stored in appropriate folder structure.
- General administrative assistance across the program, which includes onboarding of project team resources, network access, security passes, etc.

**Essential Skills**
- Strong Experience in IT Co-ordination /project management support or PMO IT Co-ordination
- Highly Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software - must be able to confidently use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong client facing / stakeholder management skills & experience
- Highly organised planning skills with a strong initiative and highly methodical, strategic and proactive approach, and an ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Experience of supporting the PMO in managing change requests, project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Experience in maintaining governance board meetings and assist with preparation planning and report /documentation preparation
- Experience of using tools Jira & Confluence
- High attention to detail / self-starter -Strong sense of prioritisation - ability to anticipate
- Experience of fast paced environment / ability to challenge status quo / ability to identify process improvement
