**Position Overview**
They are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Resident Liaison Officer to join their team.

In this crucial role, you will act as the primary point of contact between the client and their clients during the installation of energy efficiency measures in their homes.

Your exceptional communication skills and dedication to customer service will ensure that our projects not only improve homes but also support our clients through the transition process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing queries and concerns related to our energy efficiency projects.
- Coordinate with site management and installation teams to ensure a seamless operation and mínimal disruption to residents.
- Conduct pre-installation visits, explaining the process and benefits of the energy efficiency measures being installed.
- Collect feedback post-installation to gauge resident satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring residents are well-informed and supported throughout the project.
- Handle any resident complaints or issues, working closely with the team to provide timely and effective resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, community engagement, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine desire to help and support others.
- Familiarity with the housing sector and energy efficiency measures is desirable but not essential.
- A valid, clean UK driving license and the willingness to travel to various project sites is essential.
- It is preferable that applicants are a Retrofit Level 3 Advisor or would be prepared to gain the qualification when onboard.
