Stepping Stone Projects is an established and growing charity providing quality homes and services to help prevent homelessness and transform lives across the North West.

Our support services are aimed at helping our customers develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to maintain a stable home and a structured lifestyle before assisting them in the process of securing or retaining permanent independent accommodation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented People & Talent Administrator to join our team at our head office in Heywood.

As the People & Talent Administrator you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employment life cycle with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding activities.

Previous experience in HR is not required.

**The role**
- To provide the first point of contact for HR and recruitment queries
- To run the colleague recognition scheme
- To maintain up to date colleague records
- To support the delivery of the training programme, including booking training events, disseminating material and maintaining training records.
- To maintain accurate statistical management information
- GCSE Maths and English (or appropriate equivalent) at grade C / level 4 or higher
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, successfully delivering work to tight deadlines
- Experience of accurately undertaking administrative tasks
- Ability to develop effective and trusted working relationships and rapport with colleagues
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyse, interpret and maintain accurate statistical information

This is a busy role and requires excellent organisational skills.
