**Role in Brief**
Working within the Business Operations team the role of the Business Administrator is to support the customer & business through the procurement and processing of various products, services and solutions offered by the Group through the relevant systems, as well as carry out Business Operation tasks, including invoicing & customer service.
Attention to detail, along with accuracy of data input into internal systems along with a polite and helpful attitude are also an essential requirement for the role.
The responsibilities fall into the following areas:
- **Proactive Working -** To always be thinking ahead of the future requirements of the Company and Customer, resolving issues as and when they arise to maintain the customers expectation.
- **Procurement - **Procuring goods and services at the best possible price and ensuring these are delivered to Customers in an efficient and timely manner. Following up and resolving any problems with deliveries that may arise.
- **Customer Service **-Ensuring customers are provided with a friendly, professional, efficient service that meets current and future requirements. Customers always receive an outstanding service from the Company. (Evidenced through NPS)
- **Business Admin Support -** Working closely with the Finance, Projects & Provisioning teams. Providing support to them as well as all other internal teams via the internal ticketing system. To carry out other Business Admin duties including the processing of terminating clients, warranty returns and other general housekeeping duties.
- **Sales Invoicing - **Prepare and send both recurring and non-recurring sales invoices.
- **General Administration -** Distribution of incoming calls, inputting of data into the CRM System, organising deliveries and collections, supporting marketing campaigns and other general administration activities

- Previous use of a CRM system (preferably Autotask) would be an advantage
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
