The role of the Administrative Assistant is to assist in the smooth running of the Firm by providing a range of support services within the Business Support Team. This role is a key part of the Firm’s operations, ensuring a first class delivery service internally and to our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- More specifically, the role will involve:

- General administrative support
- Photocopying
- Distribution of internal documents
- Franking and prepare post for despatch.
- Taking post and special deliveries to the Post Office
- Opening new files and archiving old files/documents
- Administer the arching filing system.
- Reviewing and scanning client ID onto the database
- Provide cover for Reception, as required and during holiday or sickness absence
- Provide refreshments when requested to do so.
- Prepare meeting rooms as required.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred Proficiency in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, and scanners Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
