**About Our Client**:
You will be working for a leading manufacturing company in Scotland.

Main duties include:

- Providing reliable and professional administrative support with a focus on international sales and marketing
- Assisting with general administrative support to the wider commercial team and the Private Label team
- Being an international point of contact in the office
- Invoice management
- Providing assistance to sample requests when required
- Booking travels for other team members and external parties as required using Egencia
- Day to day assistance to the Project Leaders/Managers or consultants
- Assistance in the coordination of planning and organising meetings and workshops

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good IT Skills
- Organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise workload

**What's on Offer**:
