We are working with a successful family owned business who support people with learning disabilities in the Yorkshire and Humber area. Working within a lovely HR team who have a sense of humour you will be well supported by the HR Manager and wider team.

In this interesting and varied **HR Adviser** role you will be:

- Leading and supporting managers on Employee Relations matters across sites in York, Bridlington, Hull, Whitby and Scarborough.
- Visiting sites through the week for face to face meetings with local and regional managers
- Line management of one HR administrator
- Educating line managers on best practice
- Support the rest of the HR team as and when required

To be successful in this role of **HR Adviser** you will have:

- Experience of working on a number of ER issues
- Experience of educating and advising managers
- Experience of working in the health and social care sector ideally
- Good knowledge of employment law
- Able to work across different sites - you manage your own diary
- Report and keep management informed of current issues and trends
- A passion for working within a values based organisation
- CIPD level 5 or working towards this
