Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team at One to One Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our business partners to deliver a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and consultative HR support to business partners to facilitate the delivery of the people agenda, including organizational culture and colleague engagement, talent acquisition, reward and benefits, organizational change programs, and organizational performance.
  • Advise on employment law and best practice, coaching managers on day-to-day HR matters spanning the employee lifecycle, including complex employee relations issues, attendance management, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Support the Head of People to deliver an effective, modern, and innovative embedded people function.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to level 5 CIPD (minimum) and/or significant experience in a generalist HR role.
  • An understanding of the financial implications of people costs and how 'value' is created through staffing resource.
  • Demonstrable understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Demonstrable experience on TUPE and redundancy processes, an in-depth understanding of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) and its amendments, including knowledge of case law and statutory interpretations.
