We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Audenshaw

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the busy Quote and Ordering department in an expanding company.
This role will support the process of sourcing our clients quote requests, finding alternatives for unobtainable items and inputting the request into our bespoke system. As quotes turn into orders you will also be part of the team that keeps our suppliers ontrack and ensure they deliver our clients goods in a timely manner.

Key Duties:

- Prepare quotations from client's requests using the clients bespoke software and Microsoft Excel.
- Sourcing alternative products from there key suppliers and matching specifications.
- Researching alternative products whilst adhering to strict guidelines on supplier and product attributes.
- Contacting suppliers, chasing and documenting ordered products.
This opportunity will play a key role in offering our clients the best value.

Good administration skills are essential for this role as are a knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Excel.
