About this opportunity
Do you have a passion for people, technology and problem solving? We are seeking to recruit a talented leader & project manager with experience in technology to take a combined team coach, project management & lead developer role for our new technology training program, The Dundee Technology School. This is a 12-month secondment role where you will help shape the programme with internal & external stakeholders, owning the key strategic relationships with have with our training partners and funding providers as well as working across the Group to grow and develop the programme into a leading capability provider across the Group.
You will also lead the annual intake of 10-15 entry-level developers as they complete their 32-week training, providing coaching, guidance & technical support. The junior developers will be learning coding languages such as HTML, CSS and learning about UI & UX, skills that you should already have experience of.

You should be familiar with working in agile based environments and delivering in a sprint-based delivery approach. You will be working cross functionally to work with SMEs, Business Analysts and Solution Architects to understand requirements and technical design.
