**Responsibilities**:
**General Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members when necessary.

**Document Management**:

- Create, edit, and format documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Assist with the development and implementation of document control processes and procedures.

**Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and suggest innovative solutions.
- Streamline existing procedures and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust as necessary.

**Vendor Management**:

- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Process vendor invoices, track payments, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to support interdepartmental projects and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between different teams, fostering effective communication and information sharing.
- Assist in organizing company-wide events, meetings, and workshops as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- UK Full Driving License is advantageous.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
