Part Time Payroll Administrator

**Salary**: £26,000 pro rata
Benefits: 24 days holiday plus stats (pro rata) pension, bonus
Location: Gainsborough
Our client who is based in the Engineering sector are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator on a part time basis (20-25 hours/week). You will be responsible for the full payroll cycle and dealing with and resolving any queries.
THE ROLE:
Processing weekly & monthly payroll
Inputting, checking and processing all personnel information on the SAGE payroll system, including all new starters, leavers and any changes to staff details including attachments and tax code changes
Managing pension scheme
Processing all HMRC requirements
Processing overtime and sickness absence
Sickness/SMP/SPP calculations, making sure all correct and relevant forms completed.
Issuing tax forms such as P45's
Dealing and resolving any queries
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be an experienced Payroll Administrator with the ability to understand and accurately process a variety of standard calculations. You will have the ability to plan your own workload and take a proactive approach. You will be a good communicator andbe able to deal confidently with a variety of people.
