The client is experiencing year on year growth and require an experience Health & Safety Administrator to come and join their team, This role is a Temp
- Perm position.
The hours are Monday-Friday 8.00AM-2.00PM (30 hours per week) potentially increasing to 40 hours per week after training
**The Pay**: £10.42 per hour
Roles & Responsibilities General administration
- Inputting data into a register (eg DSE assessments, PUWER assessments - scanning, saving them, taking info from them, and listing any that need actioning)
- Inputting internal hazard reporting forms onto wider SHEQ database and helping in resolving any actions
- Completing task-based risk assessments
- Completing authorisation to work documents for subcontractors (when required)
- Potentially arranging electricians, subcontractors (when required)
- Inputting client praise
- Actioning the outcome of audits/investigations
- Keeping the SHEQ notice boards up-to-date
- Creating an electrical assessment list for PAT testing
- Potentially doing COSHH assessments
- Creating documentation (eg new forms, when required)
