**Education & Academic Services (Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, University of Exeter Medical School)**
- This new full time position is available immediately on a permanent basis. The post will be based in the RILD Building, RDUH and Heavitree Hospital with the opportunity for hybrid working
- some time on campus and some from home.

**Summary of the role**
- We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Education Support Administrator (Finance and Payments) with excellent communication and organisational skills to help us process payments relating to the delivery of the BMBS (Medical) Programme in Devon.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of finance administration with oversight for both internal and external communications. You will use advanced Excel skills to analyse and interpret complex data, process payments accurately and efficiently and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation. You will have the ability to build effective and credible working relationships and liaise confidently with your stakeholders. You will work flexibly within a wider administrative team in a busy environment to deliver an excellent, customer focussed and seamless service.
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of the financial components of the BMBS programme working flexibly both as part of a team and independently with confidence and reliability. BMBS is not a traditional modular curriculum, we work collaboratively with a wide range of NHS partners across Devon to deliver this flagship programme. Medicine is a fast-moving and ever-changing environment so being comfortable with continuous change and adopting a commitment to ongoing professional development is important within this team.

**About You**
- We are looking for a confident individual with experience working in an administrative environment, advanced proficiency in Excel with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will be confident working independently but will have experience of working collaboratively and proactively in a team to deliver multiple objectives and high service standards.
- You will be looking to take on a rewarding role where your finance expertise and analytical skills will be utilised in a busy environment as part of a committed programme team. You will bring excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and a proven ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
