You will work with the team and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and tactics to drive our online sales, enhance the customer journey, and maximize profitability. You will lead an end to end team and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to achieve our core objectives. You will have a deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, digital marketing strategies, and a passion for delivering outstanding consumer experiences.
- You will drive:
- Design and execution of unique value propositions for our Direct-to-Consumer website making consumers want to purchase directly from us, that is incremental to the rest of the business.
- On-site merchandising and promote product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- The development of the website and channels, digital content development for direct selling, developing enhanced and B+ content for products, measuring outcomes through KPIs on consumer engagement, and develop and execute an A/B testing framework to continuously improve content KPIs, either through in-house developers or agencies.
- Enhance the online customer experience by optimizing website usability, navigation, and overall user interface.
- Analyse customer behaviour, identify pain points, and implement improvements to increase customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
- Media optimization (Cost Per Acquisition - CPA) and a deep understanding of the KPIs that drive reduced media spend and increased purchase conversion.
- CRM, retention and repeat purchase - championing 1p data capture and user cases to deliver value to the business.

You will work with the operations and Supply team to evaluate 3rd party logistics companies in partnership with RB and operate/run the operations to execute small parcel pick and pack and delivery of parcels through either local postal services or specialized parcel delivery services. Monitor shipment and delivery KPIs to meet customer service standards for E-Commerce, including operating cost optimization from time to time, which may include packaging simplification and streamlining operations.

Also, you will work with Finance on payment of service providers, month-end closing of store operations and inventory closing positions. Manage the store profit and loss statements monthly. Ensure timely reporting of sales, returns and fulfillment services

**You’ll succeed because**

You have experience in eCommerce Direct to Consumer or related business. You are knowledgeable about CPG eCommerce and hands on experience in managing various aspects of direct to consumer.
You have hands on experience being strategic and executional lead. You have a strong track record of contributing to the new business process and growing teams and a strong track record of leading initiatives with positive business returns.
You're experience working across number of different industry verticals and categories (i.e. brand building versus direct response). You are self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what’s needed.
You have the ability to simplify and communicate complex topics and you're savvy and knowledgeable about current trends, innovations and best practices.
You're experienced people manager with strong influencing skills and a commitment to excellence with a positive and resilient attitude. You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail and experience working with senior management.
You're exceptionally strong with communications and presentation skills and have the ability to handle ambiguity as well as solution & performance driven.
