About the Job:
- Responsible for sales and expanding the customer base through direct visits
- Generate and close new business opportunities by promoting current and emerging technologies
- Identify market trends, assess potential, and develop strategies to grow Lonza's market share
- Deliver presentations and execute development projects for customers, ensuring timely support
- Collaborate with internal teams for product development and customer solutions
- Ability to engage with customers at all levels, including top management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field, MBA preferred
- Experience in Strategic Business Planning with a commercial background in UK and Ireland markets
- Fluency in English and knowledge of an Eastern European language is beneficial
- Flexible, entrepreneurial with the ability to work under pressure
- Position is home-based with 60% travel requirement within the UK and Europe
