This role is based in a Contact Centre
You will be working on an automated telephone dialler servicing incoming Client calls therefore a professional Customer Centric telephone manner is essential.

Duties will Include:
Logging Calls
Scheduling Appointments
General Administration
Processing Prescription Request Via the system
Resolving Issues
Complaint Handling

The role is temporary - perm opportunity basis

Key Skills Required

A professional Telephone Manner
Good Communication Skills both written and Verbal
Business Acumen
Good Accurate Data Entry
