**Temporary Clerical Assistant I 3 month assignment I £10.98 per hour (Scale C) | 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) I Based at County Hall, Norwich**

We are looking to recruit a Clerical Assistant to support our Ceremony Team to ensure the marriage, civil partnership, and other ceremonial bookings we process lead to the perfect big day for our couples. We are therefore looking for someone who has a friendly but professional communication style with customers as well as someone who has good attention to detail.

The successful person will be supporting our administration processes to ensure that all actions are completed in time for every ceremony booked to go ahead as planned. Checking couples’ ceremony choices, dealing with queries, chasing any outstanding actions or paperwork, and confirming any final details with couples ahead of their ceremonies are some of the responsibilities for this role.

Please note that this role is based full time at County Hall, Norwich. There is no option for hybrid working in this role.
