Supporting the day to day running of the service and ensuring compliance with all requirements of CIW and Commissioning via rostering, recording and reporting
- Preparing staff rosters to ensure proper roster continuity in the delivery of care. ensuring these rosters, and all changes, are properly communicated to service users and care staff
- Re-allocating workers as necessary, to cover staff absences
- Accepting changes to visits as requested by customers, their friends and relatives.
- Accepting new packages from a variety of referral routes
- Supporting business development by providing all relevant information and leaflets to prospective new customers and visiting them in their home to discuss their requirements
- Investigating complaints, taking appropriate remedial action and if required reporting this to senior management and/or CIW
- Ensuring that effective supervision and assessment of staff is carried out and that training needs are identified and met.
- Taking an active part in on call and emergency care responsibilities as required.
- Delivering personal and non-personal care to individuals if necessary
- Forward planning for training days for care workers ensuring that there is adequate staff coverage so as not to cause interruption to daily operations
- Supporting the preparation and review of care and support plans in line with the commissioned care plan
- Overseeing the risk assessment of the needs of the service users in line with the service delivery

**Salary**: £21,425.00-£23,995.00 per year
