**Job Description**:
- JOB TITLE: Marketing Assistant- SALARY: £28,025 rising to £29,431- LOCATION(S): Watford- HOURS: Full Time- WORKING PATTERN: For the first 6 months you will be in office for 5 days a week and then move to hybrid, which involves spending at least 2/3 days per week at the Watford office site.

An ideal role for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to assist in all areas of the marketing function, responsible for providing administrative support across the Marketing team.

This varied role includes:
- Assist in updating content for Tusker websites ensuring all branding and login details are accurate- Liaising with customers to participate in case study video or interviews and coordinate delivery and ordering of prizes- Help with the organisation and coordination of marketing and promotional events, including the ordering and delivery of any merchandise, coordinating speaker slots and event attendance- Working with the marketing team ensure lead generation data is kept up to date and appropriately labelled and tagged in the CRM system following marketing activity- Reconciliation of departmental financial spend- Supporting the marketing team and Director with producing confidential documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

What you’ll need- Good written and oral communication skills- Strong personal planning and work organisation skills- Exceptional standards in quality of work and total discretion relating to sensitive information- Team player - willing to get involved in a variety of projects as required- A proven ability to be productive and efficient- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Creative and driven

And any experience of these would be really useful- Experience of working with confidential material- CRM/database management- Working within a marketing team
