**Job Description**:
- JOB TITLE: Implementation Assistant- SALARY: £29431- LOCATION(S): Watford- HOURS: Full-time- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.

What you’ll need- Any experience of project managing the effective on-boarding of new customers, working with Business Development and Account Development Managers, acting as the point of contact for new customer during the implementation phase- Have high attention to detail with raising and manage internal and external contractual agreements.- Experience of managing credit requests with funders- Being able to set
- up and manage motor insurance, as well setting up new customers account and collaborating with other internal departments- Collaborating with other department to manage and coordinate with building brand customer driver portals

And any experience of these would be really useful- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- High level of competence in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)- A passion for constantly delivering high level customer service- An effective collaborator- An ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
