**Job Description**:
- JOB TITLE: Tusker Start of Contract Admin and Processing Team Leader - Watford- SALARY: £32,367 rising £33,982- LOCATION(S): Watford- HOURS: Full-time- WORKING PATTERN: For the first 6 months you will be in office for 5 days a week and then move to hybrid, which involves spending at least 2/3 days per week at the Watford office site.

Constantly review and improve ways of working.- Ensure the team delivers the highest quality work and service to our customers/Drivers.- Constantly monitor the accuracy and standards of all the interactions.- Encourage sharing and implementation of continual improvement.- Be the customer concern point for the team, account managers, other line managers, colleagues, partners, customers, drivers, dealers, manufacturers and third parties.- Coach the team to be their best through all and any medium of communication.- Champion the driver experience and journey across departments, especially where there are handoffs.
