**The Role

We are looking for a self-driven, highly organized and supportive individual to join our team. As our Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and project support services to ensure the smooth running ofour business.

You must be a great communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. You will also need to be comfortable working independently and have a good understanding of business processes and systems.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Business Support Manager but are not limited to:

- Manage the Managing Director's diary and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain business contacts.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze business performance.
- Support the Managing Director in managing tasks and deadlines.
- Assist with travel to countries in which the company does business.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Business Support Manager are:

- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure excellent standards and take a logical approach to tasks.
- Experience with a range of IT systems and software, and able to input data accurately.
- Marketing experience and knowledge of social media.
- Pro-active and good at problem-solving.
- Fluency in French a plus, but not required.
