My client, a friendly, family run company based in Welham green are looking for a new, enthusiastic Trainee Operative to join their team on a Temp - Perm basis. You would temp for around 4-6 weeks before going permanent with the company.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a practical role and is looking for opportunity for progression.

**Hours: 06:30 - 16:30 Monday - Friday

**Salary**: £10 - £13.60ph depending on experience (£23,000 - £25,000 when permanent, depending on experience)
Location: Welham Green**
**The Role:**
- Assisting in the warehouse with picking and packing
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Ensuring than the Warehouse Workshop is kept safe and clean
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Assist in the production area of the workshop, providing required tools and materials for the operatives.
- Using IT equipment to locate and track stock.

**The Person**:

- Good team player
- Have some experience working within a warehouse or factory setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have driving licence and own vehicle, due to location of the role
- Must work well under pressure
