Your salary will be from £24,000 per year depending on your experience, this is the salary for full time). There is flexibility as to when you can work those hours, part time might be possible for the right person too.

Although your role will be mainly office based there is the possibility of being able to work from home on occassion too.

You'll get 20 days per year holiday plus your birthday off plus the day before Christmas off plus bank holidays (pro rata if you are part time).

You'll have the chance to join the company pension scheme as well as BUPA and also the employee assistance program if you'd like to.

The other good news is that we are all coffee lovers and so have amaziing coffee free of charge in the office as well as free parking at the office too

What will you be responsible for?
- You'll be helping and supporting the team and clients with any admin needs throughout the year
- You'll be welcoming clients that come to the office, sit them down and make them a drink
- You'll be answering the phone and also making phone calls, chasing clients for missing information and also to chase payment of our invoices
- You''ll sort out the post that comes in and that goes out
- You'll be the chief in charge of ensuring the office runs smoothly, ordering supplies etc
- You''ll deal with ID verification checks for clients and deal with the admin around this
- You''ll manage client records
- You'll help look after the various datatbases and make sure that the data is accurate and complete
- You'll get involved with projects as we switch to different software and need admin support to get things set up
