Key Tasks:
Maintain Purchase ledger on Microsoft Dynamics for all clients
Post invoices and expenses on Microsoft Dynamics for specific clients
Raise sales invoices as requested by the management accountants
Complete supplier statement reconciliations
Complete general administrative tasks
Assist the Payables Manager as required
Complete any other ad hoc duties as requested

Attributes Required:
No finance experience is required, but a bright individual with common sense is required
Knowledge of Dynamics accounts package a distinct advantage
Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel)
Proactive, analytical and logical thinker
Strong commercial skills coupled with excellent communication skills
Strong eye for detail
Self-motivating and enthusiastic team player
Flexible and hard working
Willing to be involved in all aspects of the business
Innovative and imaginative
Ambitious, willing to grow and develop with the business

Key Terms:
Salary as agreed
5 days per week Monday - Friday. 40 hours per week. Hours are 8:30 - 5:30
25 days paid holiday pro rata
