**Leases and Contracts Manager**

**Tower Hill - London, with agile working from home up to 3 days per week**

**£42,226 - £46,433 pa**

**_Are you a qualified property management professional with a desire to develop your career with a leading charity?_**

The team oversee the management of organisation wide leases and management agreements and ensure the buildings we occupy provide good value for money, are legally compliant and provide the facilities our clients need to support in their recovery from homelessness.
- You will oversee the effective management of related building, lease and contract processes such as taking on new buildings; or handing buildings back.
- You will ensure the Assets and Liabilities register are up to date and compliant with policy and regulatory requirements and ensuring St Mungo’s property assets and liabilities data is accurately maintained.
- You will provide line management, and motivational support and supervision to the team to ensure commercial leases and management cases are dealt with effectively and the contracts and databases are accurate, up to date and compliant with organisationalpolicy.

**About you**

We are looking for a proactive individual who works with enthusiasm and adaptability and be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in commercial lease and/or property management, have working knowledge and experience of the Landlord and Tenant Act.
- Experience of day-to-day management or supervision of staff or volunteers.
- Commercial Property Manager/Surveyor qualifications and hold a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) membership, or have equivalent knowledge gained by experience.
