Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with tenants regarding lease agreements and inquiries
- Provide information on lease terms, rental payments, and property policies
- Assist tenants with lease renewals and terminations
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants when appropriate
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate tenant records
- Analyze lease documents and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse tenant population
- Experience in upselling or sales is advantageous
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze lease agreements and legal documents efficiently

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £22.13 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
