**Housing Officer
- Housing Association - About The Client**:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Cheshire based housing association who are looking to appoint a Housing Officer. The role offers agile working with properties in Cheshire. The role is a temporary 2-month contract with possibility tobecome a permanent or 12-month fixed term contract. The rate is £21.00 - £23.00 per hour umbrella.

**Housing Officer - Housing Association - About The Role**:

- Managing the lettings and voids process
- Attending accompanied viewings
- Pre-tenancy background checks
- Digital tenancy sign-ups
- Estate walkabouts and scheme inspections
- Home visits where necessary
- Dealing with low-level anti-social behaviour and disputes
- Taking statements from witnesses, victims, and perpetrators

**Housing Officer - Housing Association - What You Need**:

- Experience of managing the lettings and allocations of social housing properties
- Experience working directly for a housing association
- Experience of dealing with low level anti-social behaviour
- UK Driving License and own vehicle
