**What we’re looking for**

Our Managing Director is looking for a dynamic Senior Administrator who has a positive can-do attitude. No two days will ever be the same, you thrive under pressure and multitasking is second nature to you. Organisation is your middle name and you are adaptable and flexible in a fast paced business.

You will be at the heart of the business, supporting the Managing Director you will prove invaluable in helping assist them with the day-to-day running of company admin requirements, privy to confidential information. You will also assist with personal tasks which can be planning an event, arranging trips, online shopping and other miscellaneous tasks. Your communication skills will be key to form great relationships, you will be the first point of call for all external companies.

You have proven skills in working with all common Microsoft packages including basic Excel skills. You also possess strong communication skills and have excellent language skills in written and spoken English.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diary management, both business and personal, for the Director and wider team
- Managing the Holiday/Absence records
- Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
- Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments
- Attending and taking meeting minutes, and following up with notes and actions, delegating to the relevant individual(s) and chasing for updates
- Managing the daily running of the office
- Dealing with classified and confidential documents and information
- Arranging social events for both clients and the team
- Willingness to be contacted out of office hours on the rare occasion it is required
- Handling confidential matters with discretion
- Working with external companies to discover potential business partnerships
- Collating meeting agenda’s and where relevant, supplying these to other meeting attendee(s)
- Utilising Excel spreadsheets to offer quote comparisons for the Managing Director and CEO
- Liaising to organize logístical operations
- Maintaining supplies of office stationery and equipment
- Assisting with photoshoots
- Arranging legal documents and contracts

- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
- Strong communicator both internally and externally

- Must be competent with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
