IWS (WH) has offices throughout the UK and work is undertaken the length and breadth of the country.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager in the North, the Planner / Scheduler is responsible for the planning, scheduling and booking of all site visits across pre
- planned maintenance, risk assessment and remedial departments for the North of England/Ireland.

The Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for:
- Scheduling works based on geographic location.
- Ensuring in
- field team workloads are scheduled productively each day in line with customer requirements and that work is executed as planned
- Updating our database with site specific details.
- Creating job packs and ensuring the internal systems are up to date.
- Communicating with both customers and IWS employees to facilitate first time completion of site visits.
- Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as required
**What you’ll need**:
The successful applicant will need to have previous planning/ Scheduling experience, self-motivated, and have exceptional organisational and communication skills coupled with a strong IT literacy.
You will be working closely with the Area Supervisors, Operations Managers and Accounts Teams to drive productivity and ensure works are delivered first time and within SLA’s.
**Experience**:
- Scheduling/ planning: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
- Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
- Clean Water Industry working: 1 year (preferred)
