As a Customer Services Executive you are responsible for the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the ECO team which operates within the Energy sector. Customer Service Executive Full training given.

**As an Energy/Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with Installers and energy suppliers
- Processing and ensuring all data match requests are compliant.
- Liaising with the Installers to resolve any compliance failures identified by the energy supplier.
- Liaising with the Installers to resolve any issues.
- Using various software, this includes Microsoft Office & bespoke energy supplier tools.
- Resolving energy supplier compliance queries.
- Compliance checking and processing high volume of work submitted by the Installers.
- Submitting data via the energy supplier’s ECO Portal and bespoke platforms.
- Provide compliance training and guidance for Installers as and when required.
- Liaising with the Finance team to resolve Installer and energy supplier invoice queries
- Updating internal management reports.
- Resolving failure measures returned from the energy supplier with the Installer in a timely manner
- Customer Service Executive responsibilities.

**Success for you & key outcomes in the Customer Service Executive role are**:

- **Data Accuracy, **ensure work being submitted is compliant and completed by deadlines given.

- **Building & maintaining relationships** with installers & energy suppliers.
- **Proactive** approach to overcoming challenges
- **You communicate clearly**. You can explain anything to anyone, and you are comfortable communicating in writing, on the phone and presenting to a team
- **You enjoy being part of a team**. You will roll your sleeves up when required and support others when needed. You enjoy being well-organised and self-sufficient, but you can bring everyone along with you.

**What we offer in return for a Customer Service Executive**: - Excellent salary up to £26,000 per annum - 12% annual performance bonus - Up to 6% pension contribution - 25 days leave, increasing to 28 days after 5 years’ service - £600 annual personal development and training budget - Electric car salary sacrifice scheme - Regular staff events - Company laptop and mobile provided
