**Our Client** is seeking a Activity Coordinator to join their team in Hailsham.

The Activity Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of services to the public. This position requires a highly confident, organized, flexible and motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate the experiences within the activity center.
- Ability to remain in character at all times.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed within required timeframes
- Maintain accurate records and inventory
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times when interacting with other departments or individuals
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Ensure that the needs of the customers are top priority in all activities.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Confidence to hold customers attention during experiences.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to increase sales and revenue
- Strong Acting Ability

**Education and Experience**: High School GCSE Maths and English. Drama / acting Qualification or equivalent. Able to provide evidence of Acting/Drama Experience. Experience in the leisure industry an advantage but not essential

Work Location: One location

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
