Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our client's team in ensuring the efficient management of inventory within the warehouse.

This hands-on role involves full responsibility for cleaning items, monitoring stock levels, coordinating intake and delivery of new stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, enforcing quality control, and preparing comprehensive inventory reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stock control, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems is also essential.

A key aspect of this role is continuous improvement of inventory processes, managing returns, and ensuring stock is ready immediately after return.

The successful Inventory Management Specialist will work under the guidance of the Procurement Manager to align inventory activities with procurement strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and creating reports
  • Coordinating deliveries and overseeing the returns process
  • Ensuring quality control and implementing effective inventory management practices
