**Why This Role is Important to PSI**

As the Client Services Assistant, you will provide an excellent standard of service to all external and internal clients who require support on the broad range of Talent Management online products and platforms. You will have direct client contact, providing support to ensure high delivery standards. This role is based within the Product Implementation and Support team within Talent Management International Client Experience. It is primarily focused on the Apollo, PSI Hub and/or COL platforms.

**Who We Are Looking For**

This role would suit someone who wants to work in a client services or helpdesk environment. The role holder needs to be comfortable liaising with external clients as well as internal teams, able to work without close supervision, organising their own time and using their initiative to deal with a range of tasks and queries.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to requests for client support and ensure satisfactory resolutions. This includes taking ownership for resolving client enquiries
- Set up projects and client licences on PSI Talent Management platforms
- Run managed service projects on behalf of clients to deliver an end to end service
- Configure products and conduct bespoke builds for clients, as required
- Process client orders
- Create sales quotes and ensure work is invoiced accurately.
- Ensure the confidentiality of personal information and client data, including at the point of disposal, ensuring we adhere to data protection legislation including GDPR
- Taking on extra projects as needed (allocated by line manager)
- Providing cover for other team members when needed
