Client Services Assistant

Are you a recent A Level graduate not looking at further education but keen to join a company where you have lots of opportunities to progress your career in a global environment? This role would suit someone who has around 6 months office experience andwho wants to work in a client services or helpdesk environment. You need to be comfortable liaising with external clients as well as internal teams, able to work without close supervision, organising your own time and using initiative to deal with a rangeof tasks and queries.
As the Client Services Assistant, you will provide an excellent standard of service to all external and internal clients. You will have direct client contact, providing support to ensure high delivery standards. This role is based within the Product Implementationand Support team.
