Join us as a Colleague Journey Lead
- We’ll look to you to support the delivery, stand-up, and effective implementation of outstanding colleague journeys into the function
- You’ll drive the design, delivery, and roadmap of our One-bank tools, techniques, methodologies, and frameworks that enable effective transformation to a journey-based operating model, and its strategic outcomes
- Working with global process owners, HR, Innovation teams, and Enterprise Solutions you’ll define journey improvement strategies, innovation, activities and plans while developing a small team

**What you'll do**:
Your role will involve leading, influencing, designing, and driving the efficient and effective delivery of colleague journeys, and the wider journey operating model. You’ll provide stakeholder challenge to ensure consistency across priority colleague journeys and agree KPIs for journey performance across a balanced scorecard of financial, customer, risk, and people measures.

In addition to this, you’ll:

- Collaborate with our Customer Strategy & Insight team for external benchmarking
- Ensure experience maximises automation, digitalisation, and personalisation opportunities
- Collaborate with HR end users, Technology, HR Centres of Excellence, and Operational teams to define priorities
- Prioritise the strategic and customer journey roadmap, aligning it with agreed outcomes
- Help to report performance to the executive committee
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a successful transformation delivery and management of key risks

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with an in-depth understanding of design and delivery methodologies and frameworks including Lean, Agile, and customer led design. You’ll have the ability to understand, explain, and present business ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels

We’re also looking for:

- Experience of designing and delivering customer centric solutions
- Knowledge of HR policy and process development in a complex business structure
- The ability to use initiative and creativity to steer the direction and development of product range
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation
- Experience in programme management, governance, and control
