Join us as a Colleague Communications & Digital Content Specialist

  • You'll be making sure that our online HR content is presented in a simple, consistent style at the highest quality and creating colleague communication campaigns that are engaging and informative
  • Your work will play an important part in driving our colleagues towards the right digital content and journey, with the overall aim of helping colleagues get the information and support they need quickly and easily
  • This role is available for a period of 12 months

What you'll do

As a Colleague Communications & Digital Content Specialist, you'll be maximising the use of digital channels, making sure that our colleagues have an easy and simple digital experience. You'll be analysing and scoping business requirements, using colleague feedback and other metrics to make design and delivery recommendations and drive the best solution for users.

We'll look to you to work with key stakeholders to make sure information, design and solutions are reflective of content requirements and user experience and are fully tested before going live.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with product owners across the People function to create engaging and creative communication campaigns for a bank-wide audience, that keep colleagues informed and advocate people focused products and services
  • Using insight from data analytics and reporting tools on emerging themes and trends to assess their impact on digital content usage and functionality
  • Leveraging NatWest branding to create engaging, thought-provoking and action-oriented bank-wide colleague campaigns

The skills you'll need

You'll need to have demonstrable customer centric thinking; to make sure that content meets the needs of our colleagues. We'll also expect you to have excellent problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work well as part of a team.

We'll also be looking for:

  • Communications experience and excellent writing ability that is in line with Writing Simply principles
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in data literacy and demonstrable data-led decision-making
  • Experience using the Adobe Suite as well as NatWest communications resources and brand guidelines
  • Knowledge of internal communication channels and their interdependencies
