Auto Services Perth Ltd is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, we’d like to meet you. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to meet deadlines.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in accounting software
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and critical thinking
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Duties**:

- Process monthly invoices for Purchase Ledger.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Reconcile credit card statements with credit card account transactions.
- Compile bank reconciliations.
- Upload and reconcile Car Rental invoices to payments received.
- Assist with the preparation of the quarterly VAT Return.
- Assist in the production of the monthly payroll.
- Support the Accountant in the production of the monthly management accounts and annual financial reports as required.
- Provide PA services for the Directors as and when required.
